Hello and Welcome--

My name is Stephanie Finkbeiner of Balanced Business Service based in the beautiful resort city of Virginia Beach, Virginia.   

I've always enjoyed the satisfaction that comes from helping others, working behind the scenes, and getting done that which needs to be done.  I started my business in April 2001 with the sincere desire to help small business owners and overworked managers with professional services they might not have in-house or cannot afford to hire a full-time employee to do. 

I am Virtual Assistant with over 20 years experience in administrative support. As a bookkeeper and administrative support specialist, I am the well rounded and experienced choice for the small business owner who is tired of spending their non-billable hours on bookkeeping and admin tasks.

I provide my services locally as well as in the virtual environment.
